As a senior advisor at GHV, Kacey Wulff works with Pivotal Ventures on U.S. health care and public health policy and strategy.
Kacey brings nearly two decades of experience in state and federal public health, health policy, and science and innovation strategy to challenges facing U.S. health care.
Previously, Kacey served as counselor to Secretary Becerra at the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services, where she led policy on science, global engagement, and reproductive health. She was also chief of staff and deputy assistant secretary at the Administration for Strategic Preparedness and Response and served as senior advisor to Colorado Governor Jared Polis during the COVID-19 pandemic. Kacey has published peer-reviewed work on bioethics and public health resilience.
Kacey holds an MPH in health policy and ethics from the Johns Hopkins Bloomberg School of Public Health and a BA in philosophy from Stanford University. She currently lives in Maryland with her husband, two kids, pup, and a fluctuating number of fish.
