As a Director at GHV, Andrea is responsible for guiding the organizations financial and administrative strategies, overseeing budgeting, contracts, and risk management to propel the company’s business functions forward while ensuring strategic alignment with GHV's long-term goals. She is dedicated to strengthening policies, processes, and systems to maximize organizational impact.

Andrea is a dynamic agent of change behind the scenes. Prior to GHV, Andrea spent over a decade in clinical therapy and social work, where she focused on enhancing support and creating opportunities for women, children, and families.

Andrea holds a Master's in Clinical Counseling and a Bachelor’s in Psychology, with a focus on Women’s Studies, both from Fairleigh Dickinson University.

Outside of work, Andrea enjoys traveling with her husband and spending time with family.
