Anjali Desai is a strategist, systems-thinker, and critical optimist. With Indian heritage, a Zambian upbringing, and lived experience in the US and UK, she brings a global perspective to everything she does. In her almost 15 years of global health experience, she has worked at and with community-based organizations, governments, multilateral agencies, the private sector, philanthropies, and research institutions. Throughout her career, Anjali has advocated for inclusive programming and grantmaking, strengthened partnerships within and across sectors, developed strategies to meaningfully inform investments for impact, and facilitated conversations to learn, align, and drive progress. Anjali is energized by problem solving, comfortable with change and ambiguity, and driven to advance meaningful and lasting impact.
