As a Deputy Director at GHV, Jenny manages GHV’s client engagement teams spanning Agriculture, Nutrition, and Climate with an emphasis on policy, advocacy, and communications. Within her portfolio, Jenny brings a focus on cross-team coordination and engagement, strategy, and facilitation.

With and outside of GHV, Jenny has worked with organizations including the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation, WomenLift Health, the UN Foundation, NGO CSW, the Western Cape Economic Development Partnership. She also worked as a manager at Deloitte and specialized in facilitation as part of Deloitte’s Greenhouse team. In this role, she designed and delivered over 100 custom experiential workshops and meetings for executive client teams and helped lead the effort to redesign, build, and operationalize a multimillion-dollar physical Greenhouse space in Washington, DC.

Jenny graduated with distinction from the University of Cape Town Graduate School of Business MPhil in the Inclusive Innovation program, a research-based master's degree program where she focused on emergent responses to the Covid-19 food crisis in South Africa. Her research has been published in Business & Society, The Conversation, and Stanford Social Innovation Review. She also holds training certificates in Human-Centered Systems Thinking, Business Sustainability, and Innovation and Design for Global Grand Challenges.

Jenny also holds a BA in Political Science from George Washington University. She has lived or worked in the U.S., Sweden, and South Africa. She currently resides in Washington, D.C.

Outside of work, she is a novice baker, an avid fiction reader, and a dance fitness enthusiast. She enjoys spending time with friends and family, often in D.C.’s Lincoln Park.
