As a Senior Associate at GHV, Ashutosh works with the Global Health Innovations (GHI) and Surveillance team. He supports multiple global health partners, including the Gates Foundation and the World Health Organization. His expertise spans strategy development, program implementation, grant design, and project management.
Ashutosh has over seven years of experience in public health, covering immunization, maternal and child health, COVID-19 management, pandemic preparedness, climate–health linkages, and lead poisoning prevention. He combines technical knowledge with practical implementation skills to help clients navigate complex health systems and design high-impact interventions.
Previously, Ashutosh worked for four years at McKinsey & Company as a Junior Engagement Manager, leading multiple public health projects across strategy, design, and implementation. At Gavi, the Vaccine Alliance, he developed India’s investment strategy for Gavi 5.0 and Gavi 6.0. He has also consulted for the Health Finance Coalition and Mercor.
Ashutosh holds a BTech in materials science and engineering from IIT Kanpur and a master’s in public administration from the London School of Economics. He has worked in Asia, Africa, Europe, and the Middle East, and currently resides in India.
